Tell us how a transcript turned out

Under every finished transcript there is a thumbs up and a thumbs down. Thumbs down opens a short list of reasons, one click each, so telling us what went wrong takes seconds. We read every one.

Where to find it: Under any finished transcript.

Style the subtitles yourself, then burn again

Before a burned-in video renders, you style the subtitles on a frame of your own video: text size, background box, outline colour and width, and where they sit on the picture. Vertical videos start with the subtitles raised, clear of the app buttons.

Styling happens at burn time, so if you fix a line or change your mind about the look, you burn again without transcribing the video twice.

Prefer another tool? Download the lines as .txt, edit them there, and upload them back into the same job.

Where to find it: A subtitles job: the Burn in step above the subtitle lines. About subtitles

Videos up to 12 hours

Videos up to 12 hours now go through, up from 4. A long video is split into parts, worked on at the same time and put back together, so you still get one transcript with the timings running through it. It uses more of your minutes, and nothing else changes.

Ready when you are
